All Vision E-Line Solus appliances come with a standard 2-year warranty, the first year will include parts and labour and the second-year parts only. The warranty periods only apply when the appliance is purchased from one of our exclusive dealers. For an additional fee of £39.99 you have the option to extend the standard warranty for a further 4 years parts only ,with our Premium Protect warranty plan which is available on all Solus appliances when purchased within first 60 days of installation.

Premium Protect Warranty Terms and Conditions

There will be a 45-day ‘cooling-off period’ if you sign up for the extended warranty on the telephone or online - this means you can cancel the warranty and obtain a full refund. After the first 45 days you can still cancel the warranty, but you will only get a partial refund - the amount refundable will be dependent on how long the warranty has been in place. You cannot do this if you have already made a claim.

You must follow the care and maintenance advice in the user guide to ensure your Solus Fire continues to operate correctly. This warranty is for domestic use, not transferable and is extended only to, and solely for, the benefit of the original purchaser of the appliance. Please retain your dated sales receipt as a proof of purchase.

During your warranty period, only genuine Solus spare parts must be used in the servicing and maintenance of your appliance, these spare parts can be ordered from our approved retailer network.

Consumable items such as batteries and printed circuit boards, which are subject to normal wear and tear, in connection with its standard operational parameters, or parts that require replacement in connection with normal maintenance are not covered within either warranty terms .
